Job summary

Village is seeking a Pub and Grill Team Leader to be the operational right hand to the Manager. You will lead shifts, run pre-shift briefings, and champion our social media while keeping the team focused on hospitality and commercial targets.

You will primarily lead the Pub and Grill but may support other F&B areas during busy periods, coaching staff and driving guest experiences to meet quality and service standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading shifts and coordinating teams in a busy hospitality environment.
• Ability to manage pre-shift briefings and cross-functional support across F&B areas.
• Strong communication and guest-service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift operations and deliver high-energy pre-shift briefings.
• Own the Pub and Grill area, supporting other F&B teams when needed.
• Act as social media champion, creating local content and calendar.
• Coach and develop team members, turning product knowledge into service excellence.
