Job summary

Village Hotels is seeking a Pub and Grill Team Leader to act as the operational right hand to the Manager. You’ll lead the shift, run pre-shift briefings, champion our social media, and ensure brilliant hospitality while hit targets.

You’ll also oversee stock, cost control, and coach the team on the floor, floating across F&B to support busy periods and maintain high energy across the venue.

Qualifications

• Previous experience is great, but your attitude and energy matter much more to us.

Responsibilities

• The Floor Leadership: lead the shift with high-energy pre-shift briefings and cover Pub & Grill duties as needed.
• The Commercial Drive: manage stock to par levels, monitor GP, and help control wage costs.
• The Local Buzz: act as social media champion with local outreach and content planning.
• The People: coach the team, train new starters, and model strong guest service.
