Village Hotels - London Watford - Pub & Grill is looking for a hospitality-minded Team Member to energise each shift. You’ll mainly work in the Pub & Grill, with the flexibility to support other Food and Beverage areas when the hotel gets busy.

Your reading of guests and warm welcome should make every guest feel at home. You’ll champion the drinks and menus, keep a spotless section, and help deliver a brilliant guest experience.

Responsibilities

• The Flexible Service: Delivering a brilliant experience primarily in the Pub and Grill, but confidently floating across other Food and Beverage departments to support colleagues when the hotel gets busy.
• The Atmosphere & Standards: Taking pride in your bar, maintaining hygiene standards, and knowing menus inside out.
• The Commercial Drive: Resolving issues on the spot and suggesting extras to boost guest satisfaction and profitability.
