Job summary

Greene King’s Cornerstone pubs are seeking a General Manager to lead a busy site, develop the team, and create a warm welcome for guests. You will drive sales, uphold brand standards, and ensure safe, memorable experiences from shift to shift.

You will recruit and develop your team, manage P&L, and build strong local relationships while delivering hospitality excellence. A personal license is required or can be obtained; strong English skills are essential in this fast-paced role.

Qualifications

• High standards and attention to detail in day-to-day pub operations.
• Strong people skills with excellent communication and leadership.
• Business acumen with focus on P&L control.
• Able to obtain/present a personal license if not already held.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
