Greene King pubs is seeking a General Manager to lead a busy community pub, develop your team and create a warm welcome for customers. You’ll lead by example and ensure guests have a great time from the moment they arrive.

Work with the management team to grow pub sales, recruit and develop staff, uphold brand standards and safety, and deliver top service. You may need or be able to obtain a personal license. Strong leadership, business sense and attention to detail are essential.
