Job summary

Greene King is seeking a General Manager for a Cornerstone pub in Lutterworth to lead daily operations, inspire the team, and deliver welcoming experiences for guests. You will be responsible for driving sales growth and maintaining high standards of service and safety.

You will recruit and develop staff, manage P&L, and ensure the brand remains at the heart of every interaction, creating a memorable pub environment that guests love.

Qualifications

• Experience as General Manager or similar role in hospitality.
