Job summary

Qualifications

• General Manager experience is desirable.
• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely.
• Experience leading teams in hospitality or retail environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Grow pub sales with the business development manager and management team.
• Lead by example and bring the brand to life through the team to deliver great customer experiences.
• Recruit and develop your team to ensure knowledge to delight customers.
• Champion brand standards and ensure customer and team safety at all times.
• Acquire or be able to acquire a personal license if successful in this role.
