Marston's PLC is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our pub management team, stepping up when the General Manager isn’t around and leading from the front to deliver memorable guest experiences.

You’ll support the GM in achieving financial KPI's, inspire and motivate the pub team on every shift, and be accountable for operations when deputising. We welcome candidates with prior Assistant/Deputy Manager experience in a branded environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a like-for-like Assistant/ Deputy Manager role in a branded environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the GM in achieving financial and business KPI's.
• Inspire and motivate your pub team on every shift.
• Be passionate about doing the right thing for your team and guests.
• Be accountable for the successful operation of the pub when deputising for the GM.
