Marston’s is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our pub team in the community-focused business. You’ll be part of the pub management team, stepping up when the General Manager isn’t around and leading from the front to create memorable guest experiences.

You’ll support the GM in achieving financial and KPI targets, inspire your team on every shift, and be accountable for operations when deputising. The Aspire programme offers a path to General Manager and career progression across our network.

Qualifications

• Experience as Assistant/Deputy Manager in a branded pub environment.

Responsabilités

• Support the GM in achieving financial and business KPI’s
• Inspire and motivate your pub team on every shift
• Be passionate about doing the right thing for your team and guests
• Be accountable for the successful operation of the pub when deputising for the GM
• Bring previous experience in a like-for-like Assistant/ Deputy Manager role in a similar/ branded environment
