Marston's PLC is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our pub management team. You will support the GM, lead from the front, and create memorable guest experiences that bring guests back. You’ll inspire the pub team on every shift and drive financial and KPI performance while deputising when needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Assistant/Deputy Manager in a like-for-like/branded environment.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team across shifts.
• Passion for guest experience and doing the right thing for the team and guests.

Responsibilities

• Support the GM in achieving financial and business KPIs.
• Inspire and motivate the pub team on every shift.
• Be passionate about doing the right thing for the team and guests.
• Be accountable for the pub's operation when deputising for the GM.
• Bring previous Deputy/Assistant Manager experience in a similar environment.
