Job summary

Marston’s is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our pub team in the UK. You will help lead from the front, drive guest experiences, and deputise for the General Manager when needed.

With a track record in a like-for-like Assistant/Deputy Manager role within a branded environment, you’ll coach your team across shifts, contribute to KPI delivery, and support the Aspire development pathway to advance into a General Manager role.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Assistant/Deputy Manager in a branded pub environment.
• Strong leadership and motivational skills to lead shifts.
• Able to deputise for the General Manager and run the pub when needed.

Responsibilities

• Support the GM in achieving financial and business KPI’s
• Inspire and motivate your pub team on every shift
• Be passionate about doing the right thing for your team and guests
• Be accountable for the successful operation of the pub when deputising for the GM
• Bring previous experience in a like-for-like Assistant/ Deputy Manager role in a similar/ branded environment
