Job summary

Marston's PLC is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our pub management team in the UK. You will support the GM, lead from the front and motivate the team to deliver great guest experiences.

You'll step in during the GM's absence, drive financial KPIs, and develop your front-line talent through our Aspire-style progression path toward General Manager roles. Flexible, friendly environment with strong rewards.

Qualifications

• Experience in a like-for-like Assistant/ Deputy Manager role in a branded pub environment.
• Strong leadership and people management abilities.
• Ability to drive guest satisfaction and KPI delivery.

Responsibilities

• Support the GM in achieving financial and business KPI's.
• Inspire and motivate your pub team on every shift.
• Be passionate about doing the right thing for your team and guests.
• Be accountable for the successful operation of the pub when deputising for the GM.
• Bring previous experience in a like-for-like Assistant/ Deputy Manager role in a similar/branded environment.
