Marston’s is hiring an Assistant Manager to join our team and help drive memorable guest experiences while leading the pub team. You’ll step in for the General Manager when needed and contribute to achieving financial and KPI targets.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Assistant/Deputy Manager in a like-for-like/branded environment.

Responsibilities

• Be part of the pub management team, stepping up when the General Manager isn’t around.
• Lead and motivate the pub team on every shift to deliver memorable guest experiences.
• Support the GM in achieving financial and business KPIs.
