Marston's PLC in the United Kingdom is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our pub management team. You will step up when the General Manager isn't around and lead from the front to create memorable experiences for guests.

You will support the GM in achieving financial and business KPIs and inspire your pub team on every shift. The role offers flexible and part-time hours and a clear path via our Aspire programme toward a General Manager position.

Qualifications

• Be part of the pub management team, stepping up when the General Manager isn't around.
• Lead from the front to create memorable experiences that gets our guests coming back for more.
• Bring previous experience in a like-for-like Assistant/ Deputy Manager role in a similar/ branded environment.

Responsibilities

• Inspire and motivate your pub team on every shift
• Be passionate about doing the right thing for your team and guests
• Be accountable for the successful operation of the pub when deputising for the GM
