Marston’s in the United Kingdom is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Manager to lead a pub team and deliver memorable guest experiences. You’ll step up for the General Manager, drive performance, and role-model the people-first values that Marston’s stands for.

Qualifications

• Experience as Assistant/Deputy Manager in a like-for-like branded pub environment.
• Ability to lead and motivate a pub team.
• Willingness to deputise for the GM and run operations when needed.

Responsibilities

• Support the GM in achieving financial and business KPI’s.
• Inspire and motivate pub team on every shift.
• Be accountable for the successful operation of the pub when deputising for the GM.
• Bring previous experience in a like-for-like Assistant/ Deputy Manager role.
