Job summary

Holcomb Behavioral Health Systems in Pennsylvania is seeking a Psychosocial Coordinator to lead the day-to-day operations of our psychosocial program, supervise staff, guide clients, and ensure services meet the highest care standards.

You will provide hands-on supervision, coaching, and direct client services when needed, serve as a reliable point of contact, and help shape program performance with data and planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a behavioral health discipline required.
• Peer Supervisor License preferred but not required.
• Clearances required: Pennsylvania Child Abuse Clearance, Criminal Clearance, and Fingerprint-based federal criminal history; valid Driver's License; not listed on Medicaid/Medicare Exclusion list.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the psychosocial program and ensure service quality.
• Provide hands-on supervision and coaching to the team, individually and in groups.
• Step in with direct client services whenever needed to support the program.
• Be the point person for staff including 24-hour emergency availability.
• Support other programs with backup supervision when required.
• Manage staffing, documentation, billing, and re-authorizations with accuracy.
