Holcomb Behavioral Health Systems seeks a Psychosocial Coordinator to lead a dynamic program, supervise staff, and ensure high-quality care for clients. You will oversee day-to-day operations, coach the team, and step in with direct client services when needed to maintain seamless service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a behavioral health discipline.
• Peer Supervisor License preferred but not required.
• Clearances: Pennsylvania Child Abuse Clearance, Criminal Clearance, and Fingerprint-based federal criminal history; valid Driver's License; not listed on any Medicaid/Medicare Exclusion list.

Responsabilités

• Lead the psychosocial program day-to-day, overseeing staffing and service quality.
• Provide hands-on supervision and coaching to the team, individually and in groups.
• Engage in direct client services when needed and be available for emergencies 24/7.
• Coordinate back-up supervision and support other programs as required.
• Manage staffing, documentation, billing, and re-authorizations with precision.
