Job summary

Protocol Education is recruiting a Psychology Graduate to provide 1:1 support to a pupil in a Gateshead school. You'll gain hands-on experience while helping a young person become more confident, independent and engaged in their education.

This role focuses on supporting daily lessons, encouraging communication and emotional regulation, and building positive behaviours as you develop your SEND knowledge.

Qualifications

• Psychology graduate with interest in behaviour, development and the human mind.
• No prior teaching experience required.
• Ability to support pupil's learning and emotional regulation.
