  • Encouraging confidence, resilience, and independence
  • Supporting pupils during lessons, transitions, and unstructured times
  • Working alongside teachers, pastoral staff, and SENCOs
  • Recording observations and feeding back on pupil progress

This role would suit someone who is particularly interested in child development, behaviour, emotional wellbeing, and helping young people overcome barriers to learning.

The Role:
  • Supporting pupils with SEMH and behavioural needs on a 1:1 or small-group basis
