Job summary

Questech Automotive Recruitment is seeking an experienced PSV Electrician for an ongoing contract based in South London. You will maintain, fault-find and repair a fleet of buses in a busy depot.

The role requires strong electrical diagnostics, the ability to work safely and independently, and qualifications in automotive electrical systems. Immediate start available; schedule is Monday to Friday with pay between £34-£36 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must have strong electrical diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
• Experience working on buses or heavy commercial vehicles preferred.
• Ability to work safely and independently in a depot environment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing and repairing electrical faults on buses.
• Carrying out planned and reactive electrical maintenance.
• Working with vehicle wiring, lighting and electrical systems.
• Using diagnostic equipment to identify faults.
• Completing safety inspections and relevant documentation.
• Ensuring all work meets required safety and quality standards.
