ACS Automotive Recruitment is seeking an experienced Warranty Administrator for a PSV/Commercial Vehicles role in Southwater, West Sussex. You will manage multi-stage warranty processes, ensure accurate liability and maximise recovery while delivering excellent service to internal teams and customers.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in warranty administration within the commercial vehicle sector, and is proficient with Pinnacle, Kerridge, and Office 365.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years experience as a Warranty Administrator within the commercial vehicle/PSV/HGV sector.
• Strong understanding of manufacturer warranty processes and procedures.
• Experience using warranty portals and relevant systems (Pinnacle DMS, Kerridge) is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Receive, review, and process warranty claims from workshop and aftersales teams.
• Submit warranty claims and monitor progress through manufacturer portals.
• Reconcile workshop accounts for warranty and internal repairs, investigating discrepancies.
