Job summary

The New Homes Group is seeking a Protection Services Case Owner in Colchester, Essex. This office-based role offers a stable, office environment with regular hours Mon-Fri 9:00-17:30 and a clear path for progression within a growing business.

You will manage customers’ insurance applications, maintain regular contact with clients and providers, and deliver outstanding service while working both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Previous telephone-based call centre experience preferred.
• Experience in Insurance Services is desirable but not essential.
• Detail conscious with office-based administrative experience.
• Motivated to meet and exceed personal targets and customer service standards.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong telephone manner.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage customers’ insurance applications with regular client and provider contact.
• Deliver high levels of customer service at all times.
• Work effectively both independently and as part of the Protection Services Team.
