Job summary

Howden is looking for a Sales Leader to join the Health and Life division at the Cardiff hybrid site. You will lead a team of sales advisers, coach performance, and drive compliant, target-driven sales outcomes within a specialist protection insurance portfolio.

You will coach, train, and support the team, balancing your own sales targets with empowering others. The role is full-time with hybrid working in Cardiff and involves collaboration across departments to deliver excellent customer

• Hold monthly catch-ups and daily buzz sessions to engage the team and set expectations.
• Deliver training and support sign-off on competence of new starters.
• Collaborate with other teams on initiatives benefiting the department and Howden Health and Life.
• Own personal development with regard to business, regulation and insurance industry changes.
