Protect Line Ltd. is looking for a Customer Care Executive (Retentions) to support existing customers through their protection journey and help them find the best outcomes when policies lapse, payments are missed, or circumstances change.

No prior experience is required as comprehensive training and ongoing support are provided. You will build trust, deliver a great customer experience, and contribute to a culture focused on helping families stay protected.

Qualifications
