PROSECUTIONS LAWYER, SWANSEA, £42,650 - £46,780

Exceptional career opportunity with outstanding training and development opportunities for individuals interested in a career in Prosecutions. We are partnering with a public body offering nationwide opportunities for Solicitors or Barristers.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Following an initial training period, spend 60-80% of your time in court prosecuting a wide range of offences, utilizing your skills to achieve desired outcomes.
  2. Remaining time will be dedicated to case preparation.
Training & Development:

A combination of induction training, bespoke modules, mentoring, and on-the-job coaching makes this career accessible to lawyers considering a change in direction.

Candidate Requirements:
  • Genuine interest in criminal prosecutions.
  • Qualified Solicitor or Barrister in England and Wales.
  • Experience in contentious law is preferable but not essential; open to lawyers from all disciplines eager to learn.
  • Ability to make well-reasoned decisions.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
