The Role

We are seeking a Residential Property Solicitor / Legal Executive with 2+ years PQE to join our London-based Residential & Commercial Property team, working remotely if preferred.

You will be a key member of the department, responsible for fee-earning and transaction involvement, working on diverse residential property transactions, liaising with team members, and coordinating advice across departments.

Your duties will include:

• Drafting and negotiating transaction documents like sale contracts, leases, and agreements for lease
• Conducting due diligence, reviewing titles, planning searches, and preparing reports
• Handling transfers of ownership, SDLT returns, Land Registry searches, and post-completion administration
• Responding to emails, preparing lease reports, scheduling deeds, and liaising with clients

This role suits individuals with residential property experience seeking to develop further in a Top 75 law firm.

The position can be based in our national offices or remotely.
