Prosecutions Lawyer - Swansea

Salary: £42,650 - £46,780

Exceptional career opportunity with excellent training and development prospects for individuals interested in a career in Prosecutions. We are partnering with a public body offering outstanding nationwide opportunities for Solicitors or Barristers. JOB REF: 9682

  1. Following an initial training period, your typical week will involve spending 60-80% of your time in court prosecuting a wide range of offences, utilizing your diverse skill set to achieve desired outcomes. The remaining time will be dedicated to case preparation.
  2. A combination of induction training, bespoke modules, mentoring, and on-the-job coaching makes a career as a Prosecutions Lawyer accessible to lawyers considering a change in direction.
  3. Basic requirements include a genuine interest in criminal prosecutions and qualification as a Solicitor or Barrister in England and Wales. While experience in contentious law is preferred, the role is open to lawyers from all disciplines eager to learn.
  4. Strong decision-making skills and exceptional written and verbal communication abilities are essential for success in this role.
