Job Responsibilities

1. Following an initial training period, spend 60-80% of your time in court, prosecuting a wide range of offences and utilizing your varied skill set to achieve desired outcomes. The rest of your time will be on case preparation.
2. Participate in induction training, bespoke training modules, mentoring, and on-the-job coaching, making a career as a Prosecutions Lawyer more accessible to lawyers considering a change in direction.

Candidate Requirements

1. A genuine interest in criminal prosecutions, with a qualification as Solicitor or Barrister in England and Wales. Experience in a contentious area of law is preferable but not essential; candidates from all disciplines with a desire to learn are encouraged to apply.
2. Ability to make solid, well-reasoned decisions, along with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
