Spectrum Geosurvey is seeking a driven Proposal Coordinator to join our commercial team in Lymington. This entry-level role welcomes applicants with relevant study or experience in marine geophysics and involves coordinating tender responses, ensuring accuracy and timely submissions, and collaborating with technical and operations teams.

You will develop your understanding of offshore survey planning, pricing and client communication, with tailored training to progress ownership of submissions

Qualifications

• Knowledge or experience of marine geophysics is essential.
• Strong written English and the ability to present technical information clearly.
• Excellent organisation and ability to manage several tasks to deadlines.
• Attention to detail when checking requirements and document versions.
• Good communication across different teams; professional style.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Maintain tender calendars, action lists and submission records.
• Review RFIs and pre-qualification questionnaires with guidance.
• Coordinate input from technical, operational, project, QHSE and commercial teams.
• Draft, edit, and format proposal content using templates.
• Prepare company information, CVs, project experience and supporting evidence.
• Control document versions and final submission packs.
• Arrange reviews and track actions.
• Support tender portal uploads and submissions.
• Maintain templates and past-performance records.
• Assist with presentations and marketing materials.
