Wards of Kent is seeking a friendly, customer-focused team member to be the first point of contact for buyers. You will greet prospective buyers and accompany them to view properties, highlighting positives and collecting feedback for the branch. You may host Open Houses and assist in the office with general admin.

Basic computer skills are required and training will be provided on our internal systems. This role suits flexible, part-time availability; applicants should not hold a full-time job

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Flexibility to work Saturdays and cover holidays.
• Experience hosting open houses is a plus.
