Job summary

Kc Recruitment is seeking an outgoing, energetic negotiator to call back previous property enquiries, qualify needs, and match clients with sale or rental options. You will liaise with sellers, buyers and valuers, ensuring top service and accurate viewings across the database.

The role involves accompanying viewings, supporting the sales team, and covering negotiator duties on busy Saturdays, with a rotating day off. Excellent earnings potential through commission.

Qualifications

• Experience in real estate sales or lettings is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage a large enquiries database.

Responsibilities

• Call potential sellers who enquired previously and did not commit.
• Identify clients' needs to list properties for sale.
• Liaise with valuations clients who paused sales.
• Work with buyers or tenants searching for properties.
• Ensure excellent service and relevant properties are sent for viewings.
• Keep the sales team updated on database changes and actions.
• Accompany applicants and potential buyers on property viewings.
• Cover negotiators during busy periods and cross-overs.
• Work a rotation pattern including at least 2 Saturdays per month with a weekday day off.
