Role includes valuation duties, securing new instructions, expert pricing advice, and building relationships with vendors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Valuer / Lister or Senior Negotiator with valuation exposure
• Proven track record of winning instructions
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills

Job Role: Property Valuer

Location: Chesterfield

Salary: £29,000 – £30,000 (negotiated on experience) + Uncapped Commission (£33,000 – £35,000 OTE) + Incentives + Mileage Allowance + Pension

Hours: Monday to Friday: 09:00 – 17:00 & Saturdays: 09:00 – 13:00 (1 in 3)

This role is ideal for someone looking to step up, take ownership of valuations, and play a key part in driving new business within a vibrant and diverse property market.

You will be joining a friendly but focused team in an estate agency setting, you will be given full training of systems, processes and company procedures upon joining the business, in a supportive environment. The opportunity to work in a vibrant, busy and successful branch, with exposure to a wide and varied property portfolio, plus clear progression opportunities

Ideal Candidate

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Valuer / Lister or Senior Negotiator with valuation exposure
• Proven track record of winning instructions
• Strong understanding of the local Chesterfield market (or ability to quickly build this)
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven and commercially aware

Necessities for the role

• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
• Able to work 1 in 3 Saturdays
