A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Valuer to join a busy, high-performing independent firm of Chartered Surveyors & Estate Agents in Chesterfield. You will step up to take ownership of valuations and drive new business within a vibrant property market, joining a friendly, focused team with full training on systems and procedures.

Role includes valuation duties, securing new instructions, expert pricing advice, and building relationships with vendors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Valuer / Lister or Senior Negotiator with valuation exposure
• Proven track record of winning instructions
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills

Responsibilities
