GCB AGENCY RECRUITMENT is seeking a Sales Valuer for a market-leading estate agency in Southport. The role offers a £30,000 basic salary with £50,000–£60,000 OTE, plus mileage allowance and the chance to work with pre-booked valuations.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated Valuer who enjoys winning instructions, building client relationships and contributing to the continued success of a busy, high-performing branch.

The Role

As a Sales Valuer, you will:

• Carry out accurate market appraisals for residential properties
• Win instructions and convert valuations into listings
• Build strong relationships with vendors throughout the sales process
• Upsell additional services, including financial services and conveyancing
• Deliver outstanding customer service from valuation through to instruction
• Generate new business opportunities and contribute to branch performance
• Maintain strong knowledge of the local property market and pricing trends

Sales Valuer Requirements:

• Previous estate agency experience, including listing and valuing properties
• Proven ability to win instructions and close for business
• Motivated, driven and target-focused approach
• Strong knowledge of the Southport property market and surrounding area
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Outstanding customer service and relationship-building ability
• Full UK driving licence

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday
• Alternate Saturdays
