GCB Recruitment is seeking an experienced Property Valuer / Lister in Dartford to join a growing Estate Agency team. You will value and list properties, build strong vendor relationships and drive listings with a commercially focused approach. A company car or car allowance and development prospects are on offer.

Qualifications

• Previous Estate Agency experience.
• Proven customer service skills with a strong client-focused approach.

• Confident working both independently and as part of a wider team.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert marketing and valuation advice to help vendors achieve the best possible sale price.
• Carry out property valuations and secure new instructions.
• List properties and maximise opportunities to achieve strong sales prices.
• Generate new leads and proactively develop new business.
• Build strong relationships with vendors and prospective buyers.
• Work closely with the wider branch team to match properties with suitable buyers.
• Support and help run morning meetings when the Branch Manager is away.
• Contribute to the overall performance and profitability of the branch.

We're recruiting for a Property Valuer / Lister to join a growing and successful Estate Agency team in Dartford, working within a customer-focused branch environment with regular incentives, ongoing training and clear opportunities for career development.

The Role
