Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Norfolk, UK, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex property management initiatives. You will plan, track and deliver projects, manage stakeholders, and support the Change Programme within REMS, driving Transformation projects.

Strong communication, risk management and client management skills are essential; PRINCE2 certification is preferred. On-site role in Norfolk focused on governance, scheduling, dependencies and post-implementation

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years direct project management experience.
PRINCE2 certification required.
Project management skills including planning, risk management and benefits tracking.
Experience in using project and programme management tools.
Reacts to project adjustments promptly; strong written and oral communication.
Experience in managing clients and key customers.
Ability to work under pressure.
Experience in the property sector is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Define project scope, goals and deliverables with the Sponsor during initiation.
Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
Track progress and escalate issues as needed.
Identify and manage project risks and dependencies.
Engage with Change Manager to support change adoption and process improvements.
Communicate expectations to team and stakeholders clearly and timely.
Liaise with stakeholders and Steering Group throughout the project lifecycle.
Conduct post-implementation reviews and document lessons learned.
