Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking an experienced Project Manager for an on-site role in Norfolk. You will drive project scope, timelines and governance in a dynamic property management environment, coordinating with clients and internal stakeholders.

The ideal candidate brings at least 3 years in project management, PRINCE2 certification, and strong planning, risk, and communication skills. This position requires resilience, client management experience, and the ability to operate under

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years direct work experience in a project management capacity.
Project Management certification such as PRINCE2 is required.
PM skills including planning, risk management and benefits tracking.
Experience in using project and programme management tools and techniques.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Previous experience managing clients and key customers.
Ability to work under pressure.
Experience in the property sector an advantage, but not essential.

Responsibilities

Build rapport and strong relationships with Clients to deliver project scope and contractual requirements.
Act as a key contact for Property Management with Clients to meet project goals.
Support leadership to design and shape the Property Management agenda and resource plans.
Define project scope, goals and deliverables with Sponsors; plan timelines and milestones.
Track progress, escalate issues, and manage risks and dependencies.
Communicate expectations clearly to team and stakeholders; report governance outputs.
