Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years direct work experience in a project management capacity.
  • Project Management certification such as PRINCE2 is required.
  • PM skills including planning, risk management and benefits tracking.
  • Experience in using project and programme management tools and techniques.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Previous experience managing clients and key customers.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Experience in the property sector an advantage, but not essential.

Responsibilities

  • Build rapport and strong relationships with Clients to deliver project scope and contractual requirements.
  • Act as a key contact for Property Management with Clients to meet project goals.
  • Support leadership to design and shape the Property Management agenda and resource plans.
  • Define project scope, goals and deliverables with Sponsors; plan timelines and milestones.
  • Track progress, escalate issues, and manage risks and dependencies.
  • Communicate expectations clearly to team and stakeholders; report governance outputs.

Including identification of people resource requirements, training and skills development.* Ensure strong linkages with the wider Change Programme, supporting the delivery of the Global Strategy.* Role model and drive engagement strategies across the REMS business, coach and mentor individuals and teams to maximise team performance.* Champion Transformation Projects and increase project management capability across Property Management.* Required to work across the business and with 3rd parties (clients, occupiers, and suppliers)* Support any wider governance reporting as required.* Deputise for the Senior Project Manager as required.* Define project scope, goals and deliverables with the Project Sponsor as part of the project initiation process.* Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.* Track and report on progress against plan of projects, escalating issues for resolution where applicable.
