People First Group is seeking a Tenancy Progressor near Newbury, Berkshire. This part-time role (3–4 days/week, 9:00–17:00) offers a pro-rata salary of £26,000–£34,000 plus commission, depending on experience.

The successful candidate will coordinate tenancy progression from offer through move-in, liaising with landlords, tenants and internal teams. Strong attention to detail and excellent communication are essential, with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
