Job summary

KFH in Wimbledon is seeking a Tenancy Progressor to join the Tenancy Progression team. You will support with timely completion of administrative and compliance tasks and liaise with branches, landlords, tenants, and contractors.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced office environment in a customer-focused business.
• Experience in residential lettings is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, particularly over the phone.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage routine processes efficiently.
• IT literacy and ideally experience using CRM systems.
• A proactive, self-motivated attitude and a team player mindset.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with branches, landlords, tenants, and contractors to ensure all tenancy agreements and documentation, queries and records are met and maintained.
• Complete administrative and compliance responsibilities.
• Support the tenancy progression team to ensure timely completion of progression tasks.
