Job summary

Property Personnel Ltd in Newbury is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join a busy Lettings & Management department. You will manage a portfolio of rented homes, liaise with landlords and tenants and ensure compliance and inspections are up to date.

The role offers scope for career progression within a market-leading estate agency with a strong brand and excellent reputation across Berkshire, Oxfordshire and Wiltshire. A full UK driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience within residential property management.
• ARLA/NFoPP qualifications would be beneficial.
• Full UK driving licence and own car for inspections.
• Strong work ethic with good customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with landlords and tenants to feedback on inspections and maintenance.
• Manage a portfolio of approximately 170–190 properties (after training).
• Handle maintenance enquiries and keep FixFlo up to date daily.
• Deal with tenancy notices and deposit negotiations at tenancy end.
• Carry out weekly management inspections and oversee safety certificates.
