Job summary

Choice Housing is seeking three proactive Property Services Officers to maintain and enhance housing stock in the Belfast area. The role combines property expertise with contractor management, project coordination and strong customer engagement to deliver safe, high-quality homes.

They will work with tenants, contractors and agencies, oversee inspections, manage improvements, and ensure compliance with standards and legislation while benefiting from a supportive team environment and clear career

Qualifications

• HND (or equivalent) in surveying, building services or property management related discipline OR sound knowledge of building construction with minimum 6 years’ relevant experience in construction, estate or property management
• Good organisational skills
• Able to demonstrate a high level of knowledge and experience in the diagnosing of repairs to domestic dwellings and buildings
• Current valid UK driving licence and access to private transport

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance our housing stock, ensuring tenants live in safe, high quality homes.
• Oversee property inspections, contractor management, project coordination and improvement works.
• Deliver responsive maintenance services and ensure compliance with relevant standards and legislation.
• Engage with tenants, contractors, colleagues and external agencies to deliver services.
