Job summary

Morgan Hunt is seeking a dedicated Repairs and Maintenance Officer for a temporary 3-6 month role. You will deliver reactive repairs, void repairs, cyclical and planned maintenance across occupied and unoccupied housing and mixed tenure blocks.

You will ensure works meet statutory, regulatory, and policy requirements while maintaining high customer satisfaction. Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an effective responsive repair and maintenance service.

• Support performance monitoring and contribute to service development.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

This role involves delivering reactive repairs, void repairs, cyclical and planned maintenance in both occupied and unoccupied housing and mixed tenure blocks.
