Job summary

Accent Housing is seeking a Maintenance Surveyor to deliver repairs and voids maintenance across their properties. The role blends site visits with desk-based tasks and requires understanding of HHSRS, building fabric, and contract performance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver repairs and voids maintenance for properties in your patch.
• Visit customer homes to understand repairs needs and assess works.
• Raise repairs on the Housing Management System and update customer accounts to completion.
• Uphold Empty Homes (Voids) standards to deliver high quality homes promptly.
• Identify hazards such as damp and mould in line with Awaab’s Law and act to resolve.
