Job summary

Connells Group in the UK is seeking an Estate Agent / Sales Negotiator to join the Bromley branch, assisting in residential sales, valuations and progress through to completion. You will be part of a high-performance team, with opportunities for career development and a generous uncapped commission structure.

The role focuses on generating new business, arranging valuations, conducting property viewings and negotiating offers, while leveraging the group’s mortgage advisory support to drive

Qualifications

• Preferably an experienced sales person
• Able to generate new business in a target driven environment
• Outstanding customer care / customer service experience
• Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
• A Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle

Responsibilities
