Reporting to the State Sales Manager, you will provide an exceptional customer experience throughout the purchasing and selling journey of our retirement village homes. You will manage sales of our newly developed stage as well as resale units at Aveo Shortland Waters, Newcastle, NSW. Working closely with potential residents and their families, you'll guide them through the sales process with kindness, care, and respect to meet their needs. You will liaise with outgoing residents or their representatives to ensure properties are listed appropriately in terms of presentation, marketing, and pricing.
You will also report on monthly reappraisals of all available stock, presentation, and pricing, and liaise directly with outgoing residents or their representatives regarding inspection feedback. Attending unit appraisals and striving to meet or exceed quarterly sales targets will be key responsibilities.
