Job summary

Metworks in South London is seeking a Works Coordinator to coordinate deployment of staff for property repairs. The role also involves using Metworks systems to manage planning, finance and administration tasks to meet contractual and performance goals.

Working hours are 37.5 per week, 08:00 - 16:00, and attendance at the office is required every day. The successful candidate will have experience with Northgate and DRS, GCSEs including Maths and English, strong Excel and Word skills, and a

Qualifications

• GCSEs including Mathematics and English
• Experience using Northgate and DRS applications
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Background in a customer service environment
• Understanding of construction terminology
• Experience in Social Housing or planning/supply chain is desirable
