Job summary

Metropolitan Thames Valley in London is seeking a Works Coordinator to deploy Metworks engineers to carry out property repairs. The role requires 37.5 hours per week, 08:00–16:00, with on-site attendance every day to meet contractual targets.

You will use Northgate and DRS systems and require GCSEs including Maths and English, plus strong Excel/Word skills and a background in customer service and social housing or planning/supply chain knowledge.

Qualifications

Three GCSEs at Grade C or above including Mathematics and English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Demonstrable background in a customer service focused environment.
Ability to understand Construction related terminology.
Experience in Social Housing or planning/supply chain desirable.

Responsibilities

Deploy Metworks employees to make repairs to properties.
Operate Metworks systems to maintain planning, finance and administration tasks.
Ensure completion of contractual and performance targets, with office attendance daily.
