Job summary

Metropolitan Thames Valley is seeking a Works Planner to coordinate deployment of Metworks staff for property repairs and to maintain planning, finance and administrative tasks within the team. The role is office-based with a rotating schedule and no home working.

The ideal candidate will have strong Excel/Word skills, experience in customer service, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. NEC experience is desirable but training is provided.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Experience in customer service and handling multiple priorities.
• GCSEs including Maths and English.

Responsibilities

• Deploy Metworks employees to carry out property repairs.
• Operate planning, finance and admin systems to support contracts.
• Meet departmental rota requirements (office-based).
