Job summary

John Shepherd is looking for a Property Relationship Manager to join our Nottingham team. The role offers a full-time, permanent position with on-target earnings up to £29,000 per year and a standard Monday-to-Friday schedule.

You will manage up to 250 properties, upsell services, handle mid-term inspections and arrears tasks, and coordinate rent and protection claims, contributing to excellent customer service and portfolio performance.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a comparable role.
• Desire to be part of a thriving and expanding company.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage up to 250 Properties Under Management (PUM).
• Upsell John Shepherd Lettings & Property Management services including ancillary products.
• Oversee Mid Term Inspection follow ups, quality checks and discount earnings.
• Handle Weekly Arrear management including Rent & Legal Protection submission claims.
• Produce inspection reports for portfolios and ensure content quality.
